Account Deletion Overview
At Orbit (元气轨迹), operated by Yizhi Business Information Consulting (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., we respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time either directly within the app or by submitting a web-based request.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant & Recommended)
If you currently have the Orbit app installed, you can delete your account instantly without waiting for customer support:
- Open the Orbit app on your device.
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
- Confirm your request. Your account and all stored data will be permanently wiped immediately from our servers.
Option 2: Web / Email Request (Without App Installed)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can submit a manual deletion request via email:

Required Details: Please send the email from your registered email address or provide your registered Phone Number / Google Login Email so we can verify account ownership.
Once received, our team will process your request and permanently delete your account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
Data Retention and Scope of Deletion
Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
Upon account deletion, all data associated with your User ID (UID) stored on our Tencent Cloud CloudBase database and COS (Cloud Object Storage) will be permanently purged, including:
- Account Profile: Phone number, email address, display name, and avatar image.
- Health & Personal Traits: Height, weight, age, gender, and nutritional goal preferences.
- Dietary Records: Food photos, AI calorie analysis logs, and meal history.
- System Tokens: Authentication tokens and device identifiers.
Data Retention Exceptions
Certain minimal transaction logs (such as App Store / Google Play subscription receipts) may be retained for a limited period solely to comply with applicable financial, tax, or legal anti-fraud regulations, as required by law.
