Welcome to Orbit (元气轨迹) (hereinafter referred to as the "App" or "we"). The App is developed and operated by Yizhi Business Information Consulting (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "we"), which has completed ICP filing under the number 粤ICP备2026096955号.

We fully understand the importance of personal information to you and will make every effort to protect the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, as well as the rights you are entitled to. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App to ensure that you fully understand all of its terms. This Privacy Policy applies to all features and services provided by Orbit (元气轨迹) on iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

2. What Information We Collect

When you use the App, we may collect the following types of information:

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: When you register for or log in to an account, we collect your mobile phone number or email address for identity verification and account management.
• Personal Body Data: To provide personalized nutrition analysis and recommendations, you may choose to provide information such as your height, weight, age, and gender. This information is used solely for nutrition calculations and will not be used for any other purpose.
• Food Photos: When you use the AI food recognition feature to capture or upload food photos, we upload the photos to cloud servers for processing. We only extract food-related features from the photos for nutrition analysis and do not extract or store faces, documents, or other content unrelated to food.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: We may collect your device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, network type, and other information to ensure the normal operation of the service and optimize the user experience.
• Advertising Identifier (IDFA/AAID): To display relevant advertisements to you, we may collect your advertising identifier. You can reset or disable advertising identifier tracking at any time in your device settings.
• Log Information: When the App crashes or encounters an error, we automatically collect relevant error logs for troubleshooting and improving stability.

3. How We Use This Information

The information we collect will be used strictly for the following purposes:

• AI Food Recognition and Nutrition Analysis: Using the food photos and body data you provide, our AI algorithms identify food types and estimate nutritional content to generate personalized nutrition reports and dietary recommendations for you.
• Advertising Display: Using advertising identifiers to display third-party advertisements to you in order to support the operation of the App's free features.
• Service Improvement: Continuously improving the performance, stability, and user experience of the App by analyzing device information and error logs.
• Account and Customer Support: Using your contact information for account verification, password reset, and handling your customer service requests.
• Legal Compliance: Using necessary information to fulfill legal obligations when required by laws and regulations or upon lawful requests from government authorities.

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than those described in this Privacy Policy, nor will we use your personal information for automated decision-making or user profiling without your explicit consent.

3.6 Health Data Sync (Optional Feature)

When you enable the "Health Data Sync" toggle on the "Profile" page within the App, we will write your dietary records from Orbit to the Google Health Connect platform.

• Sync Direction: Write-only (Orbit → Google Health). We do not read any health data from Google Health Connect.
• Sync Content: Calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, and meal type (breakfast / lunch / dinner / snack) of your meal records.
• Permission: This feature requires you to grant read and write permissions for nutrition data in Google Health Connect.
• Toggle Control: You may disable this feature at any time via "Profile → Health Data Sync". After disabling, future records will no longer be synced; previously synced data will remain in Google Health Connect and can be manually deleted there.
• Deletion Sync: When you delete a meal record in Orbit with the sync toggle enabled, we will also delete the corresponding nutrition record in Google Health Connect.
• Platform Support: This feature is only available on Android 14 and above. iOS devices are not supported at this time.

4. Storage and Security of Information

4.1 Storage Location and Retention Period

Your personal information is stored in the cloud database provided by Tencent Cloud CloudBase and the Tencent Cloud COS (Cloud Object Storage) service, with data stored within mainland China. We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations. After you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

4.2 Security Measures

We adopt industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:

• Transport Encryption: All network communications are encrypted using the HTTPS/TLS protocol.
• Storage Encryption: Sensitive data is encrypted before storage to ensure data confidentiality.
• Access Control: Strict permission management and identity authentication mechanisms are used so that only authorized personnel can access necessary data.
• Security Audits: Regular security assessments and vulnerability scans are conducted to promptly address security risks.

Although we have taken the above measures, please understand that no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is absolutely secure. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will notify you in a timely manner and take remedial measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

To ensure the stable operation and functionality of the App, we have integrated the following third-party SDKs. These SDKs may collect some of your personal information, and their privacy policies are the sole responsibility of each third party. 5.3 Google AdMob

5.4 Google Health Connect

• Operator: Google LLC
• Function: Sync user-recorded dietary data to the Google Health Connect platform
• Information Collected: Nutrition data (calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, meal type)
• Note: Only effective when the user voluntarily enables the sync toggle; write-only, does not read any other health data from Health Connect

6. Your Rights

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws and regulations, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to Access: You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and understand how it is processed.
• Right to Rectification: If you find that the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct or supplement it. You may also directly modify the relevant information on the "Profile" page of the App.
• Right to Erasure: You have the right to request that we delete your personal information under the following circumstances: (1) the purpose of processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary; (2) we have ceased providing products or services, or the retention period has expired; (3) you have withdrawn your consent; or (4) we have processed your personal information in violation of laws, regulations, or our agreement. You may exercise the right to erasure by deleting your account.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: For personal information collected based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You may disable relevant permissions (such as camera and ad tracking) in your device settings.

7. Account and Data Deletion

7.1 Deleting Your Entire Account

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please send a deletion request from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion".

We will complete the deletion of your account and all associated data within 30 days of receiving your request, and we will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

After deletion, all your personal data, meal records, weight history, and other associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

7.2 Deleting Partial Data (Without Deleting Your Account)

You can delete specific data without deleting your entire account:

• In the "History" page, swipe left on any meal entry and tap "Delete" to remove that individual record.
• You can also modify or delete certain profile information (e.g., display name, avatar, height, weight) at any time.

Deleting partial data does not affect your account status or other saved data.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, performance, and interpretation of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the competent people's court in the place where the Company is located.
